Mazvikadei Marina Campsite
THE CAMPSITE
The Mazvikadei Camp site is a handy, safe stop over for those headed to Mana Pools, Kariba and Chirundu. It is also the perfect weekend getaway, just 90 minutes from Harare off the Kariba road, 18km from Banket.
Shady and quiet camp sites on the privately owned Marina, with several braai stands available. Clean ablutions, hot showers, easy launching for your boat, ideal for fishing and birding, or just relaxing with family and friends
Family orientated camp site. No large group bookings permitted.
THE MARINA
Bring your boat for sundowners or bass fishing! The marina is a privately owned area on Mazvikadei dam. It is within "Gold Dust" - a secure gated residential community. Campers who respect nature are welcome. Pre-booking is essential.
Please note that tents, chalets or boats cannot be hired at The Marina so please bring your own camping equipment and a boat if you wish to go out onto the Lake.
RATES & PAYMENT
NO DAY VISITORS ALLOWED - CAMPERS ONLY
US$10 per night per adult and US$5 per child under 16 years old
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking
Camping fees are deducted from the deposit on arrival
Boat launching fee at $5 per boat
Normal Zimparks fees to be paid directly to Zimparks
